Reruns.tv ("we", "us") is a video content production service operated by iJarvis LLC. We process livestream VOD recordings into finished video content for content creators.
What We Collect
Channel URL — when you submit your channel for a demo or subscribe
Email address — when you subscribe via our payment processor
YouTube OAuth token — when you authorize us to publish to your channel (stored securely on our server, never shared)
VOD transcripts — generated from your stream recordings for AI content analysis (stored on our server, sent to AI providers for processing — transcript content may include in-stream dialogue and character names)
Raw stream recordings — if you enable stream ingest, we receive and store a copy of your raw stream via SRT or RTMP. Encrypted in transit (SRT uses AES encryption). Access-logged for SOC-2 compliance. Retained per your subscription tier (Starter: 90 days, Pro: 1 year, Enterprise: indefinite). You can list, download, and delete your recordings at any time via our API.
Stream connection metadata — IP address and timestamp of stream ingest connections, stored for security monitoring
Generated content — video files, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags produced from your VODs
Channel analytics — if you grant analytics access, we read view counts, retention metrics, and click-through rates from your connected platforms to improve content selection (read-only, never modified)
We do NOT collect: browsing history, personal demographics, or any data beyond what's needed to provide the service.
How We Use Your Data
Process your VOD recordings and raw stream captures into video content
Apply AI analysis including visual scene detection, speaker diarization, and brand safety scanning
Upload finished videos to your connected platforms (with your authorization)
Send you notifications about your content via Discord or email
Process your subscription payments (handled entirely by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record)
Cookies
We minimize cookie usage and do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. However, third-party services integrated into Reruns.tv may set cookies:
Google Fonts — may set cookies for font delivery optimization
Paddle (payment processor) — sets cookies during the checkout flow to process your payment securely
Cloudflare — may set security cookies (__cf_bm) for bot protection and DDoS mitigation
You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking third-party cookies may affect payment checkout functionality.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. We never see or store your credit card information. Paddle handles all payment data, tax collection, and financial compliance. See their privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Data Storage & Security
Your YouTube OAuth token is stored with file permissions restricted to our server only (chmod 600)
Your channel configuration is stored as a YAML file on our server
Processed video content is uploaded to YOUR YouTube channel — we don't host your videos
We maintain encrypted backups on Cloudflare R2
Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties, except:
YouTube (to upload videos to YOUR channel, with your authorization)
Paddle.com (to process YOUR payment as Merchant of Record)
AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) receive transcript text from your VODs for content analysis — no email addresses, payment info, or account credentials are sent
SendGrid (to send you emails — receives your email address only)
Discord (to send you notifications — receives webhook URLs only, no personal data)
Formspree (to receive demo form submissions — receives your email and channel URL)
Google Fonts (loaded for page styling — your IP address is visible to Google per their privacy policy)
Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, and tunnel services — processes traffic for security and performance)
Arweave / ArDrive (permanent content archival — only if you explicitly enable the permanent archive feature; content stored on the Arweave blockchain is immutable and cannot be deleted)
Active accounts: Data is retained while your subscription is active
After cancellation: Configuration archived for 90 days, then deleted
VOD transcripts: Retained for the duration of your subscription, deleted on cancellation
Generated videos: Remain on your YouTube channel (we do not delete them)
Backups: Encrypted offsite backups retained for 30 days after account deletion
Permanent archive (Arweave): If you explicitly opt in to permanent archival, your content is stored on the Arweave blockchain and cannot be deleted or modified. This feature is optional and off by default. You must explicitly enable it in your creator settings.
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
Right to know — You have the right to request what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to delete — You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., data stored on the Arweave blockchain if you opted in to permanent archival).
Right to opt-out of sale — We do not sell personal information. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.
Right to non-discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
Categories of personal information collected in the last 12 months:
Identifiers — email address, IP address, YouTube channel URL
Commercial information — subscription tier and payment history (payment details handled by Paddle)
Internet or electronic network activity — usage logs, stream connection metadata
Audio/visual information — VOD content, stream recordings, generated video content

International Data Transfer
Your data is processed and stored in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, please be aware that your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
For EU/EEA users, data transfers are made pursuant to Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring appropriate safeguards for your personal data.
By using Reruns.tv, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States for processing as described in this policy.
Your Rights
Access — request a copy of your data at any time (we will respond within 30 days)
Deletion — request deletion of your data and we will remove it within 30 days. Our GDPR deletion API (DELETE /api/creator/{slug}/data) purges all recordings, transcripts, generated content, stream keys, and database entries. Cloud-archived files are purged within 30 days per retention policy.
Recording management — list, download, and delete your raw stream recordings at any time via our creator API
Cancellation — cancel your subscription anytime via your billing portal at reruns.tv/billing
Revoke YouTube access — revoke our YouTube authorization at any time via your Google account settings
Revoke stream ingest — revoke your stream key at any time to stop all future stream capture
Complaint — you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
Legal Basis
We process your data based on: (a) performance of our contract with you (your subscription), (b) your consent (when you authorize YouTube access or submit the demo form), and (c) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.
