Reruns.tv provides automated video content production from livestream recordings. We process your VODs into finished videos and publish them to your YouTube channel with your authorization.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Reruns.tv, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Reruns.tv is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or process content from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account immediately.
You may only submit channels and VODs that you own or have explicit authorization to process. By submitting a channel URL, you represent and warrant that:
Submitting a channel you do not own or have authorization to process is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You own everything we produce. Videos we make from your VODs are yours. We don't claim any ownership, rights, or license to them.
By using the Service, you grant iJarvis LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to download, store, transcribe, edit, create derivative works from, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
This license terminates upon cancellation of your account, except with respect to content that has already been uploaded to your YouTube channel or other platforms at the time of cancellation. iJarvis LLC does not claim ownership of any of your content.
If you opt into permanent archival via Arweave or similar decentralized storage, you acknowledge and agree that archived content cannot be deleted or modified once committed to the permanent archive. This is an inherent property of blockchain-based storage.
You must explicitly enable permanent archival — it is optional and off by default. Before enabling archival, you will be prompted to acknowledge that archived content is irreversible. iJarvis LLC is not responsible for the permanence of content you choose to archive.
We use multi-agent AI review and brand safety scanning to filter content before upload. However, AI is not perfect. We recommend reviewing uploaded content (all unlisted by default) before making videos public on your channel.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and other metadata for your videos. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended language.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated metadata before making any content public on your channel. iJarvis LLC is not liable for AI-generated content that is inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. All videos are uploaded as unlisted by default specifically so you can review them before publication.
Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. All billing, refunds, and disputes are handled by Paddle. See their terms at paddle.com/legal/terms.

Since the free demo lets you evaluate quality before paying, we do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions. Content produced by the pipeline and uploaded to your channel is yours permanently — we never remove it.
All refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. You can also manage your subscription directly through your billing portal.
Content already uploaded to your YouTube channel at the time of cancellation remains yours — we never remove your content.
We aim for 24/7 operation but do not guarantee uptime. Processing times depend on VOD length and queue depth. We are not liable for delays or interruptions in service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IJARVIS LLC (DBA Reruns.TV), Reruns.tv, and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IJARVIS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM IJARVIS LLC OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.
Reruns.tv is provided "as is." We are not liable for any content uploaded to your channel, any revenue impact, or any third-party claims related to your content. You agree to review content before making it public. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. Both parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@reruns.tv and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Written notice must describe the nature of the dispute and the relief sought.
Binding Arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Tampa, Florida, or at the election of either party, by video or telephone conference.
Small Claims Exception. Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.
Class Action Waiver. YOU AND IJARVIS LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's or party's claims.
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
Counter-notification: If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@reruns.tv including: (1) identification of the removed material, (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, (3) your name, address, and phone number, (4) consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and (5) your physical or electronic signature. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the complaining party and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the complaining party files a court action.
Repeat infringer policy: Accounts that receive three valid DMCA takedown notices will be permanently terminated.
